Monthly fragments; July 2012

July has a scent of evasion. It´s time to do something diferent to break the normal routine… but what?

Peeping cruise ships in the docks…

Flying low…

Flying really low…

…above alien forests,

Getting a grasp of texture.

Grabbing dinner out and then grab a few drinks with friends…

Watching a Pat  Metheny concert in a freezing (!) night…

Being watchful concerning strange silhouettes…

Doing some kayaking with friends and spending the night in the banks of the Guadina river, in the wild…

Coarse nature and blazing heat really awakes us up…

Going to Parque da Pena and visit these friendly guys…

Saying hello to the founder of the park

Watching nature (not so) domesticated

All this I´ve done, seen and captured.

My wife wants to go to some exotic place in August. I’m feeling kind of lazy to make the necessary preparations. Inertia, you know?

That’s all, folks!

  1. Nice! I really like the photo of the park founder’s monument, very dramatic angle.
